Pretreatment

The pretreatment staff monitors the industries and businesses that discharge their wastewater to the plant. They also monitor residential flows to the plant for strength and quantity so proper billing can be done. Central Valley treats all wastes that can be treated using a biological process.

All applications, forms or reports must be filled out completely and mailed or hand delivered to Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility with the proper signature
